JBCCS employs staff with a genuine heart for children and Christian education, and ensures that all staff, regardless of position, are committed, practicing Christians.
Applicants for advertised teaching positions and other positions of responsibility as ancillary staff will be interviewed by a panel, consisting of the Principal and at least one member of the School Board and/or staff member. The panel will determine the suitability of all applicants, following which the Principal will make an offer of employment to the successful interviewee.
Expressions of interest for casual teaching positions will be interviewed by the Principal to determine suitability, and will subsequently be placed on a waiting list for future casual teaching work.
Maintenance, outdoor and other staff will also be interviewed by the Principal, who has the discretion to make an offer of employment to suitable applicants.
